Do I need to book a call?＋
No. The online brief is the starting point, and feedback can be handled by email. If your request needs custom functionality, we’ll clarify that before quoting.
What do I need to supply?＋
Your business name, service area, accurate contact details, service list, logo if you have one, and any photos or text you want included. Only send content you have permission to use.
How long will it take?＋
We aim for a first preview within 5–7 business days after receiving your complete content and 50% deposit. Your confirmed quote will give the actual schedule.
What counts as a revision?＋
One consolidated list of changes to supplied text, images, colours and spacing within the selected design. A new design direction, extra pages or new functions are quoted separately.
Do I own my website?＋
After full payment you receive the finished website files and your supplied content. MicroWebs retains its reusable template components, which you may continue using as part of your website. Third-party image and font licences still apply.
Is a shop, booking system or business inbox included?＋
No. These packages cover service-business websites. Payment processing, live booking, mailbox hosting and custom applications need a separate quote.
When do I pay?＋
We confirm the scope and final total by email. A 50% deposit starts the work; the balance is due after approval and before launch. This website does not take payments.
